You can change your asset’s access settings immediately, or set up a scheduled change for future events.

 

To change all asset access settings now:

  1. In the navigation sidebar, go to Assets > All Assets
  2. Scroll, search, or filter to find the relevant asset
  3. Click the three-dot settings menu to the right of the asset name*
  4. Select Change access
  5. Go to the Immediate tab
  6. Select a new Status and Access level from the drop-down menu

Optional:

  • change Download permissions and Protection levels via the checkboxes

  1. Click Confirm to finish

To change the asset’s Access, Status, Protection or Delegation1  settings at a scheduled date:

  1. In the navigation sidebar, go to Assets > All Assets
  2. Scroll, search, or filter to find the relevant asset
  3. Click the three-dot settings menu to the right of the asset name*
  4. Select Change access
  5. Go to the relevant tab
  6. Select a start date from the Date field
  7. Select a new Access level, asset Status, additional Protection level, or Delegation1  from the relevant fields
  8. Click Schedule to finish

 

 

1 Delegation updates the asset’s access settings to align with its assigned product. To review assigned products, see Assign an Asset to a Product

*Shortcut: Select the asset to view its details and update access using the color-coded access icons in the preview panel.
